In addition to our exclusive dilana modular collection we offer a full custom service with a choice of hard back or cushion acoustic backed tiles. Both products are DECLARE and CRI green label+ certified. Customised MOQ’s from 100m2 creates an opportunity for tailored modular carpeting in all projects.

Axminster

Woven Axminster is the traditional manufacturing method for patterned cut pile carpet. 80% wool blended with 20% nylon is the most common used fibre content. Axminster is arguably still the highest performer of all cut pile carpet types. Custom MOQ’s start at 200m2 however we can offer MOQ’s as low as 20m2 using a fastrack loom with a preset colour palette. Ideal for custom residential.

This process allows designs to be produced in relatively small quantities, and over various tufted carpet qualities and surface textures. Dye injection patterns are applied in high resolution over the entire 4 metre width of the carpet. MOQ’s 100m2 with 12 colours.

Textured cut/loop - cut piles - loop piles

Tufted creates plain cut pile or loop pile carpets in various weights fibre types and pile heights. It also manufacturers textural patterns on specialised cut / loop tufting machines. Custom MOQ’s start at around 300m2 with the exception of one machine called Pass Tuft which will manufacture a single colour cut pile in 100% wool starting at 20m2 MOQ. (often used for custom residential)

Hand-tufted is mostly known as a rug making technique however it is increasingly being used for manufacturing custom wall to wall carpeting in high end residential, hospitality and commercial areas. With no MOQ and maximum flexibility on design, colour, texture and fibre content it can produce a fabulous wall to wall fitted carpet.
